By visiting or using Kilibis.com or any of its subdomains, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Platform Overview

Kilibis operates as a multi-branch business platform, offering services under different categories:

  • Campus Business Network – Kilibis: Showcasing student entrepreneurs and their businesses on various university campuses.
  • Men’s Fashion Kilibis: A curated fashion outlet offering high-quality men’s wear and accessories, including shirts, trousers, slippers, belts, and more.

3. User Eligibility

Our platform is open to all users, including students, entrepreneurs, and shoppers. However, to use specific services (e.g., registering a business or placing an order), you must be at least 18 years old or have the supervision of a legal guardian.

4. Business Listings and Submissions

Users can submit their business for listing on the Campus Business Network. By doing so:

  • You confirm that all information submitted is accurate and current.
  • You authorize Kilibis to display your business content (including name, products, contact info, and images) publicly.
  • Kilibis reserves the right to edit or remove listings that violate any community guidelines or legal standards.

5. Engagement Metrics Disclaimer

To encourage platform activity and visibility, we display engagement indicators such as:

  • View Counts
  • Ratings and Reviews
  • K Points

6. Product Orders (Men’s Fashion Kilibis)

All products sold on Men’s Fashion Kilibis are subject to availability. We:

  • Offer FREE delivery to select campuses (e.g., UPSA, Legon).
  • Allow customers to make inquiries or purchases via WhatsApp using our “Chat to Buy” feature.
  • Clarify that “delivery to campus” refers specifically to delivery at the campus gate, not to hostels or specific rooms inside the university.

7. Payments and Refunds

  • Prices are displayed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments can be made through mobile money, bank transfer, or cash on delivery where applicable.
  • Refunds will only be issued for defective or undelivered items, subject to review and approval.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload misleading or harmful content.
  • Impersonate another person or business.
  • Use our platform for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos (including the Kilibis logo), graphics, and materials on this platform are the intellectual property of Kilibis. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

Some services or pages may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Instagram pages or payment gateways). Kilibis is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such websites.

11. Disclaimer

Kilibis provides all services “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. We do not guarantee business success, traffic, or sales through listings or features on the platform.

We do not guarantee that the businesses we display are verified. They are student-run businesses on campus, so if a business operates in a questionable manner, it is their responsibility, not ours. We simply display campus-based businesses, as you may know people who have business ideas on campus.

12. Limitation of Liability

Kilibis shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use the platform.
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your submissions.
  • Any matter relating to Kilibis services.

13. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
