Why can’t I create my account?

After you fill in your details and tap Create Account, a verification link is sent to your email address.
Open the email and verify your account first.
Once verified, return to Kilibis, tap Log In, enter your details, and you’re all set.

How long does it take for my booking to get accepted?

After you submit a booking, it is sent to service providers for review and acceptance.
Most bookings are accepted within a short time, depending on the service providers available at your selected location.
Once a provider accepts your booking, they will send you a message on the platform, and you can continue from there.

How does the subscription work?

Each subscription is valid for 30 days. Subscriptions are not automatic, so you will need to renew manually every month if you wish to continue using the service.
